Real Time Sensitive Dates Reminders - get an email for each sensitive date in a contract!

We have built a system that allows our agents to enter as many sensitive dates for each contract. Once you place a property under contract you can enter important dates for that contract, for example Inspection Objection Deadline. Once entered you will receive an email on that date reminding you of the task that needs to be accomplished for that property. This system has eliminated the need for a transaction coordinator for many of our agents.

We have also taken it a step farther and you can use the system to remember dates as they associate to people, like Birthdays, Anniversaries, or remind you to follow up with a client with whom you have sold a property.
